Condition: Outside: Poor Condition. Front cover joint is loosening; spine label worn and detaching. Heavy wear in multiple places. Inside, good condition. Title & Table of Contents pages have an ~2” tear at the bottom. Otherwise, pages are clean and crisp. The binding is secure.
