Finely Bound in a custom numbered red half-leather binding over marbled boards. Five raised bands on the spine; gilt lettering, lines, and decor. Top edge gilt. Marbled endpapers.

Very Good/Near Fine condition and stunning shelf presentation.
Some very light shelf-wear scuffing to the red leather on several of the backs and covers of volumes throughout the set; and a few with faint wear lines at the cover joint creases. The majority of the set feel unread. The bindings are very good. Moderate foxing throughout around the edges of the front and rear free endpapers. Internally, bare minimum to no foxing noted throughout. A stunning set overall.
One standout noted flaw: Volume I, front end papers and title page are very loose and likely will need to be tipped back in.
