Good Condition with these noted flaws:
 
Volume I: ~2/3" Chipping and loss of cloth at the top and bottom of the spine.
 
Volume II: ~1/4" loss of cloth at top of the spine. 
On both volumes, the corner boards are bumped with exposure of the board corners. 
Internally, the bindings of both volumes are very good. Internally, the binding is very good. Minimal to no foxing noticed. No sign of damp stain but the pages in both volumes have a slight and uniform rippling throughout; not noticed visually but can feel this when run your hands across the pages.
