The Chimes: A Goblin Story, by Charles Dickens
Published by London, Chapman and Hall, MDCCCXLV

Good Antiquarian Condition. Some wear around the edges at the top of spine; bumping to all corners and light fading over bottom right front corner board. Gilt is bright, clean and clearly readable.
Binding is secure with some cracking and exposing of hinges, primarily in the middle of the book. Top 1/3 of read endpaper is torn and missing.
At 7 3/4" tall and 4.25" wide, this makes a lovely Dickens book to fit in the palm of the hand of any Dickens collector.
