Contains two facsimiles, 1 plate; very minor chipping to the margins of the label, small tape stain to front flyleaf, else a fine copy in orig. linen-backed gray paper-covered boards, paper label on spine. Smith 93.


A nice memory of the past, a personalized letter from famed publisher Charles Goodspeed to the original owner is enclosed. Plus a 1902 newspaper clipping of the review of this book. 



In good condition. On the spine label, the "T" in the word "The" has rubbed away. Bumping and wear around book corners with a noticeable dent and chipping of cover paper in the front right bottom corner.  Inside, the binding is secure and the pages are crisp and clean with a few minor spots of fauxing noted here and there.
